Simply put, Elizabeth cherishes all animals -- especially dogs. She has always had dogs as pets and cared for them in an ever loving manner. As further support for her love of animals, she rescued an abandoned, newly born, and weakened kitten which literally fit in the palm of her hand. She nursed it back to life -- feeding her for several days via eye droppers. Today, the cat is a healthy 11 year old and rules her house - - despite their having been two dogs present as well. Finally, Elizabeth gives of herself to help animals in need. In particular, for several years, she has been volunteering at the Columbia County Humane Society in Hudson, NY. She has been instrumental in helping the organization raise much needed funds to support their ongoing needs. In short, I have no doubt that Elizabeth would excel as a caring, trusting, and responsible dog walker.
