Elizabeth is hands down the BEST puppy sitter we have ever had! Our two pugs (KAJ and Ebony) require lots of attention and affection, and Liz is their most favorite pal...and these are some picky pups! Whether it’s staying at our place to watch them while we are out of town, talking them on walks, or even just a quick check up, we have witnessed her amazing interactions with our babies with our Furbo. Elizabeth has been caring for our dog Ming while we have been out of the country for a few months. Elizabeth noticed one morning he was not acting himself and took him to the vet. It ended up he was very sick and needed emergency surgery. Elizabeth had to take time off of work to take Ming in and she thought nothing of it. Ming had a very hard recovery from his surgery and Elizabeth didn't hesitate at all to give him the best care he could have. He didn't want to eat so she tried everything she could think of to try (even tried hand feeding him). He couldn't walk up or down the stairs so she carried him. Due to the surgery he had, he wasn't able to have bandages and his wound "leaked" for almost 2 weeks (all over her apartment). When he started licking the incision, she took him back to the vet for a cone only to discover he could still reach the wound and then next bigger size would rub the incision so she made him his own little wrap around diaper to keep from licking. Elizabeth took several days off work to stay at home with Ming to make sure he was ok. She slept on the floor next to him at night. We couldn't have asked for someone better to take care of him while we were away. Now he is his happy self again and she takes him for walks every day. If it had not been for Elizabeth and her compassion for Ming, I don't think he would have survived his ordeal. She kept pushing him to try foods to get stronger and wouldn't let him give in. She truly cares for her own pets and those she is taking care of. We can't thank her enough for all she did for "our Mingers".
