Life-Long Cat Person & Dog Lover
Pet care experience
I’m a true animal person! Growing up, my family always had at least one cat (often two or three at a time) plus several other pets too so I have never been without animals in my life. In the past, I cared for “street dogs” internationally and I have been involved in trap-neuter-return efforts with feral cats. I even volunteered at a local nonprofit where I cared for a range of abandoned exotic pets when I was younger, too! Our furry, scaly, and feathery friends have such distinct personalities and I take the time to get to know them. It's my aim to make sure your pet is as comfortable and happy as possible in your absence. I am a strong believer in communication and will be sure to send you photos and updates. I have experience administering oral medication (both pills and liquids). Frank, my cat, requires daily medication so I am happy to assist if your pet requires regular medication. I also have experience with senior pets, both cats and dogs.
Reviews
Elizabeth took wonderful care of our kitty. Her communication with us was clear and responsive. I appreciate her time, along with the picture and videos.
Elizabeth takes such wonderful care of my cats. She provides me with details that ease my mind and I know they are being well cared for.
Elizabeth is our go-to for watching our pet! She gets the best care possible and we love all the details and media Elizabeth provides with her updates. She brings new toys every day and ensures a fun visit while making sure our pet is safe and comfortable!!
Elizabeth is our go-to for our cat. She’s reliable and dependable and goes above and beyond. She helped us greatly on both of these holiday weekends, and she took extra special care with our cat being post-surgery. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!

Information Elizabeth F. would like to know about your pet
To ensure that I can be responsive to your pet’s needs, please let me know: ALL PETS • If your pet is current taking medications and, if so, the appropriate dose and procedure to administer the medication • If your pet has any health issues (i.e. allergies, chronic conditions, etc.) and how best to manage them • If can I feed your pet any treats I provide or if you provide treats • If your pet has favorite activities or toys or rituals (e.g. your dog always taking a favorite ball on a walk or your cat really loves wand toys) • If your pet has any specific behaviors or tendencies that I should be aware of DOG SPECIFIC • If there are certain size dogs/types of dogs I should stay away from when walking your dog or visiting a dog park • If your dog is allowed to be off leash if we go in a fenced in dog park • How well your dog responds to commands, including recall, especially from people that are not you (his/her owner) • If your dog is ok with car rides and if you provide a seatbelt for him/her in the event we drive to a park or walking trail
A typical day
Each pet is a true individual and I like to make our time together reflect their interests and temperament. I am all for couch time and snuggles as well as energetic games and local adventures. For dogs, I have direct access to conservation land and quiet trails directly behind my house and I am close to Wompatuck; I would be happy to bring your dog on walks in either place, if time allows. I am also happy to bring your dog to other local nature spots, dog parks, or just around the neighborhood too! I also love inventing games and play scenarios for cats in-home but they always call the shots!
