Working as a team, I am Elizabeth, owner of Maggie, a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog who loves meeting and playing with new friends! My brother, John-Michael, owner of Lela and Bella, mother, Regina, (owner of all of us) along with sister Tara, and finally Gabby (Vet Tech) all work together caring for your extended fur family. Currently studying at Boston University (dual enrollment MA/BS in neuroscience and public health), John-Michael, Regina, Tara, and Gabby (Vet tech) continue to provide the same excellent services while I am away. During school breaks I return to rejoin the team! Over the past three years, we have hosted many fur guests in every aspect from boarding, house sitting, dog walks, grooming, and other services as needed with guests on and off of Rover. We have added to our services! Transportation: to the vet, pick ups/drop off to our home, even long distance drives for an additional fee. Drop in cleaning: We provide a wash, blow out, nails (when applicable), trim the hooha and bum when needed. Why Rover? Initially joined Rover to raise money for tuition at BU, not realizing that the love we have for our most loyal and best friends grew into a passion that we desire to share with you and your extended fur family! You will quickly learn that your Fur Baby is made to feel as comfortable and cherished as if they were in their own home! Our guests are always supervised and receive plenty of exercise throughout the day. Your dog WILL get dirty or may even get a scratch or two running through the garden and playing! The yard is large and fenced in to offer solo exploration or play a good game of fetch. We have a GPS monitoring system (Fi) for those who may miss home! Real time updates are provided throughout the stay with videos or photos. There may even be a few photo "surprises"!! Daily photos or videos are provided to experience the fun right alongside of your Fur Baby. Included in the care is a complementary pet wash before they go home for the agreeable! Please note: During full bookings, such as school breaks and holidays, we are well staffed and host multiple families. The extra helping hands, our large 3600 square foot house, and fenced yard, ensure that all of our guests are safe and receive the love and attention they deserve! When able to do so, please book ahead! Spots fill quickly during these times. Pet love and care is a consistent part of the daily routine. If we aren't hosting, we are caring for Maggie. My brother brings over his dogs, Maggie's sister Leela, and his Dogue De Bordeaux, Bella to play with Mags! We love all pups...however we choose not to have aggressive dogs and can direct you to someone who is willing to work with the more challenging. While hosting families we provide a loving, safe, and enjoyable environment for all! Safety is of utmost priority during the stay.
