I have been house-sitting for 7 years but I have been taking care of dogs for even longer. I have always had a dog around my house. I love dogs of all sizes and am not afraid to take care of a big dog or a slobberhound. I would love the opportunity to watch your dog.

Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to come to meet us and our dogs prior to booking and we were immediately comfortable with her staying in our house and caring for our dogs. She responded right away when we texted her wondering how things were going - she sent pictures too! We have a senior dog that has lots of special needs and she was able to give him his medicine and take great care of him. Our dogs were definitely spoiled by all of her attention. I would highly recommend Elizabeth to watch your dogs.

I would be watching your pet in your home to help keep your pet happy because new places tend to make some animals nervous. I take excellent care of the homes I am watching. If I am staying in your home, I make sure the entire place is spotless before you come home because I know I would not be happy if I came home to a dirty home after a vacation. This means I take care of the linens if I am sleeping at your place, deal with any dishes, clean your bathrooms, and make sure your home is clean.

I think there are a couple of things that I would like to know before I watch your animal. How are they interacting with other animals, people, and new places? How are they on a leash? Do they have separation anxiety? Do they have any quirks that I should know about? How are they around people they don't know? Are they the type of dog to steal stuff off the counters? I just want to know how your pet acts and what kind of things to look for.
A typical day
I love going on walks and hikes so your pets will get lots of outdoor experiences. I will also play lots of games with your dogs. Fetch, tug of war or any other game they like. I also love to spoil dogs with treats if they are extra good.

Availability
I am a college student with a pretty light schedule. I can come visit animals between classes and let them out to use the restroom and play. I also have a lot of free time in the evening outside of homework so I would likely just be at your house, work on my homework, and hang out with your pet.
