Experienced Dog Lover!
I grew up with dogs my entire life! My previous rescues, Bailey and Kira, passed away of old age and it took several years but in January of 2021 I adopted Sprinkles, a lab-hound mix who is approximately 2-ish years old and 50lbs. She gets along well with all dogs and loves to play! She can be rambunctious so if your dog is mellow, she will get on their nerves. I grew up with dobermans and I regularly watch my bff's 10lb small dog (and Sprinkles' friend) so I'm used to dogs both big and small. Nothing phases me - I can administer medication and subcutaneous fluids and can follow complicated feeding instructions - some of our furry friends are finicky! I love the bond formed when walking dogs - it's very special. My home is pet-friendly, with a small fenced-in backyard. Your dog will have a lovely time and I will be thrilled to take care of them!

Fantastic! We needed a place for our dog to stay while we waited for our rental to be ready. She sent us pictures and updates, and it made us feel reassured that our dog was in good hands. She was professional and super friendly! Our Biscuit had a great time!

Liz is an excellent care giver! She provided frequent updates including some very cute photos and most importantly our dogs Bowie and Piper loved her right from the start! (And dogs know best!) We were so happy Liz was available to care for our dogs 🐾

Schedule
I am a realtor with a very flexible work schedule so there will be a lot of 1:1 time with your pet. We have sidewalks everywhere and a dog park within walking distance (only if you give the ok).

I set an alarm and feed them breakfast and dinner consistently at the same time - it typically provides a calming effect when staying in a new place. I can let them out first AM in the backyard and after that it will be walks in and outside of Bermuda Bay, with lots of great sniffs!
