Hello, I'm Elizabeth! I've worked in professional pet care for the past three years. I've received extensive instruction in gentle, positive dog training and would be happy to help take care of your fur baby. I'm known for having a knack with animals, so if you have a shy or nervous dog, please feel free to reach out. I love and enjoy working with all dogs, but puppies and seniors are really my specialty! I've worked extensively with puppies as young as 8 weeks-old (no joke!) and senior dogs as old as 17 years-old. I'm well acquainted with dog psychology and know what your dog needs to be physically, mentally, and emotionally cared-for. I make a point to continuously grow my canine knowledge, so I am very informed on the latest dog info. Please consider me as an option for your pet! I won't let you down.

Elizabeth did an excellent job taking care of the dogs--they both liked her a lot, and we really appreciated the pictures and updates she sent us. We did have some concerns about how she took care of our house while we were gone-items were left in our home, the floors were very muddy, and the front door was not always locked.
Elizabeth was a great fit for my pups! She got right down on the floor at 1st introduction with my very shy puppy- they became friends quite easily! Good communication and pics too! We will definitely call Elizabeth for Allie and otis’s next adventure!!!!
Elizabeth has sat for us numerous times and we can’t say enough great things about her! Our dog Jasper is very nervous around new people and immediately warmed up to her the first time she came to the house! She has a very kind and gentle way of interacting with her and we are so very grateful to have found someone we can trust. She stays at our home and takes great care of the house as well. We were recently gone for 2 weeks to Europe and she sent us pictures and a brief and funny report of our dogs activities which made us rest easy and enjoy our entire trip. We will always use Elizabeth. She rocks!!
Our golden retriever, Astor, seemed right at home with Elizabeth. She was good at communicating with us while we were gone, and she stayed overnight and snuggled Astor during 4th of July fireworks. She responded quickly when we checked in, and even sent us a couple pictures of her visit with Astor. I wouldn't hesitate to ask her to watch Astor again.

A lot of people want to know about your dog's fears and limitations, but I also like hearing about your dog's strengths and interests. I feel like knowing what a dog likes most is the key to winning their heart. :-) I'm fine with any and all breeds. I've worked with roughly 60 different breeds and countless mixes; I assure you that I'll be well-informed about your dog's breed before we even meet.
A typical day
Your dog has a wealth of play options when staying with me! I have a beautiful half-acre (enclosed!) backyard, and I've never met a dog that didn't have a blast exploring back there. I love going out and about; if you so choose, your dog can accompany me to restaurants, parks, and shopping areas I visit on any given day. I myself have two dogs (a 13 y/o, 13 lb Bichon mix and a 2 y/o, 65 lb Aussiedoodle). They love making new friends and are very gentle. Your dog is welcome to spend time with them, but if you'd rather keep our dogs separated, I completely understand!
