Rosie loves staying with Elizabeth and playing with Ginny. She knows when we are getting near their house and pulls us up the walk. Always returns tired and happy!

Elizabeth did a wonderful job watching my furry baby! He enjoyed himself so much running around her back yard! She kept me updated on what he was doing and always cuddled with him. He seemed to feel at home with her! She's awesome!!!!

NEW Fenced-In Yard! 1/4 Acre!

Let your dog enjoy a vacation as part of our family while you're away! I am an experienced dog sitter and can provide your dog with an active, fun, and caring environment. I spent the last year and a half working at a boarding/daycare facility and have plenty of experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages. There is one pet in my family, my GORGEOUS three year old Australian Shepherd mix ...

What Elizabeth would like to know about your dog

I would like to know if the dog has any health issues I should be aware of, how well he/she gets along with other dogs and people, and any behavior issues he or she may have. I also like to know the schedule the dog has a home, so that I can follow it as closely as possible to provide a more predictable, and therefore comfortable, environment. I want to make sure your dog's stay is as enjoyable as possible.

I have worked with basically every breed (Chihuahuas, Great Danes, Pitbulls, Malamutes, Shepherds, Yorkies, Pugs, Rotties, etc), and I am comfortable with every breed.

When Elizabeth watches your pet

Here's where we'll take our walks
I love walking my dog and my boarding dogs. We usually walk on the sidewalk or grass around the neighborhood, about half a mile. Dogs are much happier and more comfortable when they are well-exercised, so we walk longer or multiple times a day, depending on the needs of the dog. Occasionally, I take the dogs hiking on a path near my house, it's about three miles and much more of a workout.

Your dog's sleeping arrangement
Wherever your dog feels most at home. If your dog is crate trained, I can provide a crate for a medium sized dog or smaller. But if you have a large dog, I do ask that you bring the crate for your dog to sleep in. Crates provide a secure, familiar environment and will make your dog feel more at home. However, if he/she is not crate trained, I usually close off the stairs and give your dog free roam of the lower level. It's all about your pet's comfort; if he/she feels most comfortable with me in my room at night, that's fine too! I keep my dog separated from boarding dogs at night if they cannot be supervised.

Time I'll spend with your dog
I work at home, so I am able to be with your dog all day! We'll have tons of fun, and we'll make sure to send you updates, pictures, and videos!

Time I'll spend with your dog
I have a fairly flexible schedule, and can spend much of my day with your dog! Depending on your house's location relative to mine, I like to make several trips: morning, for potty and breakfast; afternoon, for lunch (if you feed your dog lunch), a nice, long walk and playtime; and evening, for dinner, a playtime and cuddle time, and a final potty break before bed. There are times where I may stay at your house, with permission of course, in between trips if your dog is feeling lonely.

Extra house-sitting services
Yes! While I'm at your home, and am perfectly able and willing to keep plants hydrated, bring in mail and papers, feed fish, etc. I can also care for cats, if you have any (feeding, watering, scooping litter), but I will not travel solely for cat care.
