*As I now work from home full time, I have availability for doggy day care during the week!* I’ve had dogs all my life and currently have two female medium to large sized dogs, both rescues. My dogs are about 9 years old and love to play in their fully fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood. Part of the fence is the standard 4 feet metal link fence, so no fence jumpers, please! In the interest of avoiding injuries, I do not accept dogs 20 lbs or less. My dogs love to play and forget their size when playing with very small dogs. However, they have yet to meet a dog they don’t get along with. I’m available throughout the week as I work from home and am willing to customize care to your dog’s needs (walks, potty breaks, extra attention, special diet, injections, etc.). I have no kids and tend to have quiet weekends, so dogs will have lots of one on one care. I do crate my dogs when I’m not at home, so crate trained preferred, but not required. I can pick up/drop off your dog if needed. Please contact me with any questions!

First time rover user and my dogs are my babies! I was super nervous about trying rover and having someone I don’t know watch over my dogs. We usually have family that take them but Elizabeth made the experience totally relaxed and easy going. From the meet and greet, to the drop off Elizabeth was honest and communicated to let me know she was comfortable with my dogs and that she felt good having them. She was excellent with providing text updates about how my girls were doing and letting me know they were settled in okay. Picking them up was easy and my dogs are just so calm and relaxed. Definitely recommend Elizabeth, she knows what she’s doing and is fantastic.

I treat all client dogs just like I do my own! I try to integrate them into the daily routine with my dogs as much as possible. My dogs are very friendly and like to play, but they know when to back off and give visiting dogs space.

I am able to accommodate special requests if needed, such as special diets, medications, injections, etc. I am not formally trained, but have cared for diabetic dogs in the past and am comfortable administering insulin injections. Please let me know about any needs or behaviors that I should be aware of.
A typical day
I adjust activities based on the needs and personality of the dog. Most days are pretty laidback with a longer playtime in the backyard during the afternoon, especially if the weather is nice. There is a park nearby that I use if dogs need walks to burn off extra energy.

My house is pretty relaxed and quiet. I work from home, so my dogs are used to being able to lay around all day and play outside in the yard, especially in the afternoons.
