Pet care experience
I'm a recent Dartmouth college graduate and Los Angeles native. I absolutely love dogs and want to save up money for a dog of my own. I'm currently working a 9-5 and signed up to be a dog walker because I adore dogs. I have had dogs all my life and have been dog-sitting & walking for the past year with small & large dogs. I am wide open on weekends and available before 9am, after 5pm, or for short spurts midday on weekdays. I will take great care of your dog and make sure to give it lots of love. I'm happy to do consistent appointments or on demand walks! On weekends I am also happy to take your dog to get groomed or on any walk you would like.

Eliza initially started working with us as an afterschool driver for our children, then when we needed someone to walk our dogs, she offered to help with that too. Eliza was amazing in both roles. Reliable, trustworthy and responsible. We have two dogs -- Jak, a shepherd/collie mix and Luna, a rottie, both large dogs. She seemed to enjoy them and they definitely enjoyed her. I trusted her to take them off-leash on the trails and she managed them well on the trails, as well as on leash when needed. Initially, while we were working on Luna's leash manners, we walked her using a Gentle Leader and Eliza knew how to put it on and use it to help train Luna, who is now well mannered on and off leash. She also took excellent care of our guinea pigs and fish when we went out of town. I highly recommend Eliza for any pet care (or childcare!) role.
Eliza is equipped to handle all of your four-legged needs with enthusiasm and panache. An LA native, she knows how to handle west coast dogs — with style, confidence, bottled spring water (never tap), and a healthy diet. I have personally watched Eliza be promoted from dog sitter to human sitter due to her maturity, punctuality, drive, and keen sense of responsibility. Rumor has it Eliza was hired to dog sit Bruiser when Elle Woods had to spend long days in the courtroom. You can count on her!
