I am a retired registered veterinary nurse and have over 8 years of experience taking care of pets. I love taking care of neighbor pets and giving them extra snuggles when their owners are away. I have experience walking dogs of all sizes and breeds. As a shelter nurse intern and foster dog mom, I loved working with shy, nervous, elderly and special needs pets. I am able to medicate pets as well when you are away. I would love to take care of your pets as if they were my own. I have trained as a marathon runner in the past so I love taking animals for walks or runs.

We have rebooked Elissa multiple times for drop-in visits on our dogs when we are away and she is awesome! She gives us peace of mind in knowing our puppies are getting the best care. We are so thankful to have found someone we can trust!

Elissa is a true professional! She’s organized, has attention to detail, and most importantly reliable. She sent us thorough updates after each drop in visit with pictures that put our minds at ease knowing our babies were in good hands. She went above and beyond by doing stimulation activities with the pups at each visit, brought our mail in, and was willing to adjust our finicky AC throughout the day to meet the dogs needs. I love taking pups on walk on the various greenways that surround our town. Extra cuddles and playtime are always on the agenda. I try to tailor the activities based on your pets individual needs. Some pets need more mental activities and others need more physical activity depending on the breed and age.
