Hi- I have had a love and passion for animals my whole life. In my own home, I have had dogs all my life. My junior year of college I studied abroad in Athens, and fell in love with the shelter dogs there. Every day after school, I would hike up the mountain to an animal shelter that was taken care of by the monastery. I would spend my afternoons up there getting to know each of the dogs and making them feel as much love as I could give. After I got home- I volunteered at an animal shelter, doing dog walks and doggie days out. Then I got an internship with one of the largest shelters in the Midwest - my tasks there included working the front desk, taking pictures of the animals for the website, and doing a bit of hands on animal care. When I came home during Covid, I volunteered at the local animal shelter doing more dog walks and hanging out with dogs and cats. I even became part of a dog walking company, doing many daily walks. In all, I really have a passion for working with animals, and I hope to provide your pets the care and supervision they need, as well as giving them as much love as I can.
