I recently graduated with a BS in kinesiology and moved to the Scottsdale area. I had a 2 year old goldendoodle that passed away from cancer a few months ago so I have a lot of love to give your dog(s)!! I had two Carin Terriers growing up and have been around dogs my whole life. I am experienced with special needs/disabilities. I’m comfortable giving meds, helping with ambulation, and dealing with any health/behavioral issues. The most important things I’d like to know are how they react to other dogs/people and if there are any quirks about them that I need to know to make the experience better (places they like or don’t like to be pet, favorite treats, specific things they are reactive to, etc.)
A typical day
My favorite game to play with dogs is the “find it” game where you place small treats around the house and allow them to search for them. When it’s less hot outside, I love to go for walks. I live near the green belt so there’s plenty of walking paths. I’m new to the area so I’m excited to find new parks and trails!
