Hello, my name is Elisia, I am currently completing my veterinary technology degree and have been working with animals for around six years now. I love my work, and putting the animals first. The biggest thing I always take away when working with animals is that they have feelings too, and it’s important to account for those. I have done wide ranges of dog sitting, dog, daycare, dog, grooming, and overall pet care.

A typical day
I live in the downtown Oswego area and there’s a park and lot of lovely places to walk. If not there are many local parks with long trails. Make sure to bring water and treats for the walks. Depending on the dog bringing toys or my dog to play if that’s okay with the owner

Availability
So for me, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, I work midnights at a veterinary ER. The rest of the week is dedicated towards school and taking care of animals; to gain more experience from the animals, as opposed to just the physical education I get in school.
