Our experience with Elsie was an absolute nightmare we ended up having to call a friend to come and get our dog and thank god she was able to. This happened within the first day of us leaving, Elise was only with koda for 30 minutes and then left him alone for 14 hours, luckily we have cameras outside of our house and we’re able to see that koda was not being tended to and we had the ability to do something about it. We had told her he could be alone max 8 hours, and like I said above he was alone for 14 hours, my fiancé and I were beyond worried and it was a awful experience.
