I've taken care of dogs since I was 8 with my first being my own. Another came along. And they became a part of our family. After 16 years each, they passed away having lived a full and loving life. As an adult, I had a step-dog myself. The joy I got from her presence and the sense of purpose I got from the responsibility of taking care of her were unmatched. So began my love of dogs. Perhaps more than humans. I have cared for family, friends, and neighbors pets. Volunteered at dog shelters. There is almost nothing I wouldn't do for these animals. I have experience handling hyperactive, anxious, extremely large, and even unfriendly dogs and am confident I know how to handle each one with care.
