I have had dogs my entire life, and have a good understanding of what makes each pet unique. I pride myself of understanding the individual needs of a pet and finding a way to give them 100% of my attention and care.

We had been booked with another family, but they canceled us about 6 weeks before our vacation. Elise and I connected immediately and I knew she would be the right fit for our two large playful doodle. She and her family took beautiful care of our dogs for two weeks. She was home with our dogs most of the day, provided regular updates, was very caring about their needs and even took the time to correct some of their less than desirable behavior on walks. :) Elise has not been doing this for long - but she is already an absolute pro and we would definitely leave Ozzy and Zoey with her and her family again. Thank you!

My home is very safe for pets. We have a fenced in back yard and live in a very walkable neighborhood close to parks, and dog runs. When a pet stays with us they are not a guest but part of our family and are treated as such. I have a background caring for dogs that have a multitude of health concerns and require complex medical direction. Additionally we have had puppies as well as older dogs that have stayed with us and have designed the organization of our home to accomedate the needs of both age ranges.

We have a dog Clipsey who is a 10 year old Papillion. She is very passive and spends most of her time sleeping. When we have other dog visitors we tend to keep her isolated on her own to reduce stress. We ask that anyone who trusts us with our their pets give us an honest assessment of their fur baby's personality so that we keep everyone happy. Additionally we want to know how we can spoil your fur baby, do they like treats, do they have medicine and how do you typically administer it? In general our policy is that we want to know more than less about your family pet.
A typical day
During the day we tend to take plenty of walks, and have backyard play time. Additionally we always cuddle while watching tv or reading books. Food is fed separately at different locations when we have multiple dogs in the home to avoid conflict. Treats are given on the regular if permitted!

I work from home so I have a flexible schedule, both in terms of walking availability as well as general pet needs. My own dog is spoiled rotten since she is in my care 24-7.
