Elise has been such a reliable friend to me and my rescue dog, Layla. She is very considerate of Layla's separation anxiety and gives her all the exercise (more than I do!) that she needs when I go out of town. Elise is very conscientious with animal interactions, especially with her foster animals. She will not take any of the dogs to a dog park before they have been gradually socialized in environments that are more conducive to positive interactions. Above all she is mindful of how secure the dogs in her care feel. Lastly, I must mention Elise's assistant, her own retriever, Rugby, who is so sweet and welcoming to any dogs new to the crew.
