Pet care experience
I've been around dogs my whole life! I grew up with dogs, and I've also worked at an animal shelter so I have experience with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities! Due to my living situation now, I am not able to have a pup of my own, so I'm yearning for some four-legged loving! I don't see dog walking as just a chore to check off, but an opportunity to explore the city and spend some fun quality time with a new friend. I have experience training, feeding, light grooming, and socializing dogs. I typically have morning, some afternoon and some evening time for walks and drop-ins, and can also be available to stay overnight depending on my calendar. I look forward to meeting you!

She is very respectful of both myself and my neighbors. It’s hard to find someone to trust with your furry family member, but with Elise I know that Jenny will be treated with love. I highly recommend her to anyone that has an active dog, she will bring them back worn out and happy!
I had Elise watch my pets when I went out of town for a week and she was great! She was prompt and very attentive. I appreciated that she would send me pictures through out the week of what they were up to. It really put my mind at ease, especially since I had never left them with someone before. I would absolutely hire her again and can confidently recommend her to my friends and family.
Elise and I have been friends for a while and she is the sweetest, most loving individual! Our pups just adore her and their walks. Elise is responsible and communicative; if there is ever an issue I know she will handle it professionally and quickly.

I would definitely like to know if he or she has any particular behavioral challenges, such as possessiveness, aversion to certain touch, unease around strangers, or anything else that might change how I approach him or her initially. I would also like to know how they are on a leash and whether or not they get along with other dogs, so that I can cater our walk to their needs.
A typical day
Depends on the dog and their energy needs. If we need to run, we shall run! If we need to socialize, we can romp through a local dog park. If we need a steady quiet stroll, maybe we'll try wandering through the beautiful Loose Park. I'm open to exploring and also making sure the environment is fun and non-stressful for each dog.
