With dog walking, safety is a priority. I currently live in an apartment complex where dogs will be leashed while walking. There are fenced-in play areas and outdoor walking trails that provide great sensory activities for the dogs. I also have treats, toys, and high visibility vests for night time walks. On some walks my pup, Olive, will join. She’s been socialized with doggie day-care and was part of the new dog greeting program that they had at the day care. All dogs must be dog and people friendly, as this apartment complex is full of dog lovers. A pet washing station is also available, so if your doggy gets muddy on our adventure, they will come home clean and ready to snuggle.
