Pet care experience
I grew up with cats and dogs, caring for them from their kittenhood and puppyhood and into their golden years. I've also cared for the cats and dogs of various family members, walking and playing with them, feeding them, and dispensing medication. Currently, I have two 15-year old kitties who have been my "ride-or-die" for most of my adult life. I realize that pets are family members so I care for them as I would my own, striving to ensure they have a fun, safe pet-sitting experience where they don't even realize you aren't at home. After each visit, you will receive photos, videos and a summary so you can keep up-to-date with your furry friend. I have direct experience with giving insulin injections to cats.
Reviews
Wonderful with my shy kitties! I definitely recommend Elisabeth for anyone looking for a pet sitter, and I plan on rebooking in the future :)
Elisabeth is communicative, caring and professional!
Elisabeth provided us with care for out 2 cats for 5 days one of which required administering oral medication twice a day. That allowed our cat to continue the treatment without interruption. She timed her visits so that medication would work correctly. That was very important. Thank you! The cat looks better now. Elisabeth sent us pictures for each visit and was easy to reach.
Elisabeth did a wonderful job caring for my two cats! She is extremely thoughtful and responsible. Excellent communications before and during her visits. I highly recommend her!

I care for each pet as if it was my own. I am committed to providing service in your home that delights and exceeds expectations. I take care to minimize disruption and stress to your furry friend in your absence. Before finalizing an appointment, I like to have a "meet and greet" with you and the pets I will be caring for to begin building the relationship. learn about any favorite toys or treats, and start creating an individual plan that meets your expectations.
Information Elisabeth C. would like to know about your pet
Once you contact me about my services I like to have a meet-and-greet to make sure that I am a good fit for your pet (especially dogs). I then ask you about your pet's particular needs, habits, and quirks to make sure that I take care of them based on your expectations. Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or requirements.
A typical day
I bring plenty of toys and enrichment objects when I watch your pet. For cats I bring laser pointers feather wands and catnip (if owners allow) to enrich our time together. For dogs, I bring tug-of-war ropes/dog toys to help them burn off excess energy if we aren't going on a walk.

Availability
I currently work from home so I have a very flexible schedule to take care of your fur baby. I also don't generally celebrate holidays on their exact day, choosing to celebrate on "off days," so I am available for sitting appointments over most major holidays.
