On my page, the listed rates may be higher, but your booking requests will be modified to the original rate. :) COVID-19: I am completely up-to-date on vaccinations and will arrive to in-person visits wearing an N95 mask. You are welcome to wear a mask as well, but I do not expect you to. **BIO** Pronouns: (she/her) I have lived with animals around me for my entire life. Growing up in a farming family in Iowa, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, horses, hamsters, bunnies, ferrets, & more. Similar to many people offering services on this site, I am very excited to care for your cute and well-behaved pups. But, I’m also excited and ready to care for your pets when theyre old, sick, grumpy, smelly, misbehaved or when they have any other challenge you can think of. I promise, I’ve been there! I have specific experience with obedience training, senior care, and care of multiple animals at once/in relation with one another.

Elisa was an amazing sitter for our pets. She went above and beyond when our dog needed to get stitches out at the vet, and was great about sending pictures and updates. She left our home in great shape too! We will definitely be booking her again in the future.

I have a reliable car and am happy to drive anywhere in the valley. If needed, I can usually stay with your pet 24/7, pick up things for them at stores, or drive them somewhere. When caring for your pet, I try to follow whatever routine you have with them as closely as possible to minimize their stress from you being away. In the case that something unexpected happens, I will contact you to see what your preferred course of action is.

I would definitely want to know if the dog has any health problems to be aware of. I can work with high-energy dogs unless they are very very large (120 lbs +), as they will probably be able to overpower me at that point.
A typical day
I know that you, as the owner, probably have the best sense of what games, activities, etc. your dog enjoys best having already tried them all out. I will ask while we are planning for the meet-up if there is anything they particularly enjoy to do. I also love nature walks, and would be happy to find green spaces nearby that will have more interesting sounds and smells than just a walk around the neighborhood.

Availability
I am a Smith College student who is in the area for the summer and works remotely. While I do have occasional activities spontaneously come up, I can pretty much always prioritize your schedule.
