Pet care experience
I have been an avid animal lover ever since I was little, I was always begging my parents to buy a dog and three years ago that dream finally came true! Once we got our family dog, Zorro, I became way more involved in animal care and was soon taking our neighbours dogs out on walks whenever I was taking Zorro out. I have aided in delivering puppies and puppy training, and I have experience working with senior dogs as well, helping them have the best possible experiences they can have up until the very end.

Elija did a great job. She is fun to talk to and obviously enjoys and understands pets. Pets were happy and calm and my place was left neat as a pin. I enjoyed the photos too!
Elija did an excellent job with our older dog who takes multiple medications a day. Our pup was very happy when we returned home to a clean house. Would absolutely use Elija again in the future!
Elija was fantastic with my girls. I am extremely happy with the service she provided and will be definitely be looking at rebooking with her again when needed.
Elija took excellent care of Bear, our energetic Border Collie, while we were away for a week! We received plenty of photos and videos so we could follow their walks, down time and adventures! Bear had plenty of exercise and fun and even made a new feline friend. We encountered bad weather on our way back and Elija offered to extend the visit if our ferry was cancelled.

I am new to Nanaimo and I have already started exploring new hiking and walking spots! I would love to take your fur babies on adventures with me as we scout out new places for walks and hikes!

Availability
I love to go on at least a 15 minute walk everyday and I always make time to cuddle with my cat, Toki. Sometimes I’ll even bring him with me on my adventures!
