Eli was a dream! They were so responsive from the start and that carried through the pet sitting. We have a fearful dog and a shy cat and Eli was respectful of the boundaries we set ahead of the first meeting and endeared themself to our cat immediately. They totally put to shame all of our caution that our cat was shy as he came right up to them, rubbed all over them, and flopped down for belly rubs. During the pet sitting, they sent photos and lovely updates of how our cat was doing and let us know that he was taking his medication easily. It was a huge relief knowing our cat was in good hands. It is obvious that Eli genuinely cares about animals and knows body language to assess their moods, and has the skills to put that knowledge to use. We will absolutely use them again in the future and our cat would be thrilled.
