I love spending time with dogs and cats, whether it is taking them out on a walk or just simply just giving them time and attention. I have been living in NE Portland since 2019. I unfortunately do not have a car and rely on walking or public transportation to get to/from people’s homes, especially for dog/cat sitting. I stay in a house with my parents so I cannot do any dog boarding. I am looking forward to getting to know both you and your dog/cat more. Please feel free to let me know anything about your dog (or cat) and their habits, plus what their favorite toys and treats are. I have at least 7 years of experience working with dogs on the smaller size whether it is a puppy or dachshund. I have also have experience taking care of cats. Let me know if your dog has any special needs or has something I need to be aware of like leash aggression, etc. I prefer breeds who can be left alone for long periods of time and who are on the small or medium size of the spectrum.
A typical day
I would walk your dogs on a schedule that works best for everyone and take them to take in all the smells. I would take them to a local dog friendly park (if it’s nearby) or a nice long walk around the neighborhood.
