Rascal had a great time with Elena, lots of play, walks and treats. She even kindly put his dinner down for him both nights when we were out for the evening. The visits were fully documented with Rascal’s activities and a bundle of photos uploaded. Elena was good with communication and even went out of her way to organise a meet and greet at our house at 6.45am on the day of looking after Rascal to ensure they both had the opportunity to interact and get comfortable with each other, whilst also giving me and my partner peace of mind that we were leaving him in safe hands. I would recommend Elena in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a reliable person to look after their four legged family members.

We met with Elena 4 years ago when she first came to London. The first thing she told me was about her true love Prince (her dog). Elena has an unconditional love for Prince and all small fury/fluffy friends. She is a trustworthy person who puts her dog before anything else. She will really take a good care after your pet as if it was her own. I could not recommend Elena more to trust her with your pet.
