I am a playful being in love with all creatures of this earth~ and will make your cherished doggie friend(s) feel fully safe, nurtured, alive & loved in my care! I have cared for pups of various ages, sizes, breeds, needs & personalities over many years, for various individuals and families -- both within my own home as well as at theirs. I get so much joy from connecting & playing with canine friends and am always amazed by how much I learn from my experiences with them. They remind me to play, breathe, adventure and love unconditionally, and for that I offer my deepest authentic attention to their care & comfort. I hope to receive the honor of meeting your best animal friend(s) soon!

Elena was absolutely amazing! Period. She took such great care of our animals and home while we were away for a long weekend. Her attention to detail and communication was top notch. I had zero concerns while we were away, and that's most important to us. Our animals received plenty of attention and outdoor time, and my shy dog took to her easily. Can't wait for another sit with Elena!
I would give Elena 10 stars if there was an option. This is the second time she has cared for our pets in our home. As soon as she came in the house I knew she would be kind and understanding especially with Maddie, our 16 yo dog who doesn't see or hear very well. And Sonny, our 12 yo cat greeted her like his long lost friend. Elena kept us up to date with messages and pictures throughout her stay. She asked for and was happy to receive advice when Maddie seemed a little confused. I was worried this would be a boring job but instead she found the sweetness and affection our older pets love to share. Could not have asked for a better pet sitter.
Elena was awesome!! We will definitely use her again in the future. She went above and beyond in caring for our pets and our home. She is a great communicator and very responsible. Her attention to detail and specific requests were followed as asked. Our pets were very happy and relaxed when we got home which is a testament to the regular routine that was held by Elena while we were away. She is the best! 5 stars!
Elena and Andrew took SUCH good care of our 6-month old puppy Laszlo while we were away for a long weekend. We had never been away from him on a trip before, so we were very nervous to leave, but after meeting Elena and Andrew, we knew he was going to be in good hands. They stayed in our home and took really great care of it, and they kept us very informed about what was going on with both the house and with Laz while we were away. Laszlo had a little separation anxiety that had him waking up in the middle of the night for the first couple nights we were away, and Elena and Andrew were great sports, waking up to comfort him and take him out for a pee without any complaint. Laszlo also loves other dogs, so they brought their pup Rhubie to stay with them as well, and she and Laszlo became the best of friends. We loved all the pictures they sent us of the two pups playing and lounging together. We will absolutely book with Elena and Andrew again the next time we're away!

How they sleep (crate, bed...), typical routine, feeding instructions, typical exercise, etc. Do they enjoy playing with other dogs? Do they have any special needs to be aware of?
A typical day
We are happy to adjust our daily routine to accommodate the unique needs and preferences of your fur babies! Our go-to favorite is the dog park down the street - but we're also always happy to go for walks, hikes, stimulate play in the backyard, or snuggle up at home for some mellow time.

Availability
The majority of my work consists of virtual teaching and tutoring during typical daytime hours, so I can mostly stick around my house or yours with the pets. I have regular 30min+ blocks between sessions for potty breaks, short walks, dog park adventures, etc. I do occasionally need to be away for a few hours at a time. My partner Andrew and I regularly team up to provide the best care for your animals and ours (he works remotely as well) - so our combined availability, love and attention is often more than enough to keep your fur family happy, fed, exercised, socialized and very well-cared for. :)
