Let two lifelong dog lovers show your dog some love! We're an active couple who jump at the chance to take our friends' and neighbors' dogs out for a walk or in for the weekend. Between the two of us we speak 5 languages (English, Spanish, French, German, and Hungarian), so if your dog responds to commands in any of these languages, we can accommodate! We've taken care of dogs of all sizes--from Dachshund to Golden Retriever--but we especially love athletic dogs that are up for adventure. We have a huge (7000+ sqft) fenced yard and walking access to the 13-mile Brushy Creek Greenbelt trail from our neighborhood. In our backyard, we'll play fetch and tug-of-war with your pet, and set up a kiddie pool where they can splash around on hot days. We're always happy to send photos to show just how much fun your dog is having!

When you reach out to us, we'd like to know the following ASAP: -Have you discovered any fleas on your dog in the past 6 months? -Does your dog have any medical conditions that require care during the stay? -Does your dog have a history of aggressive behavior--either toward humans or other dogs? -Does your dog have a tendency to chew, scratch, or otherwise destroy any household items? If the answer to any of the above is YES, we would like to discuss your dog's care needs PRIOR to arranging a Meet & Greet.
A typical day
The 13-mile Brushy Creek Greenbelt trail is less than a five-minute walk from our home. If your dog likes to swim and you're ok with it, we'll let them swim or wade in the creek or Brushy Creek Lake. A dog that stays the day with us will receive at least one 30-minute walk on the trail. A dog that boards with us will receive two walks a day during weekdays, and will likely get a special trip to a nearby state or local park on weekends, as we love to get out and hike as often as we can (weather permitting).
