Elena was great with BJ. He had a little nervousness that caused some stomach upset but she took great care of him and calmed him. I’d highly recommend her. She also sent photos and videos during his stay.

Mostly happy. Elena sent great, and frequent, updates and seemed to genuinely care about my dog. I had left specific instructions (and even a reminder) to crate my young dog if he wasn’t being supervised. He’s had to be hospitalized before after getting into things that hurt him. Elena told me “Hello! Today he was home alone for a couple of hours without a cage. Everything went well, his behavior was impeccable” I understand she was trying to be kind to him. But I think it’s important for a dog sitter to follow instructions carefully. Again, I’m mostly happy with her!
