We imwill book Elena again, she came and meet my 3 cats prior to begin the visits, she understood the instructions and she was always checking in with me during my vacation. I was worried as I didn’t really have good experience prior to this visit, she understood and I’m really satisfied.

Elena watched our three cats while we went out of town and I cannot say enough good things about her. I am always a bit anxious to leave them, since they have a pretty involved feeding regimen (and eat different food because of stomach issues), and one of them gets an inhaler twice a day, but Elena made me feel so comfortable knowing they were in such good hands. She handled their health issues like a pro, sent me lots of updates and pictures, and took such good care of our apartment while she was here. The cats barely acknowledged me when I got home, so I know they got a ton of attention and love :) 100% recommend, she's the best!
