Pet care experience
I have taken care of cats and dogs since I was a kid. We always had cats and dogs in the family growing up. I have chosen to spend my free time doing what I love, taking care of animals.

Elena was wonderful with our dog! She let us have a meet and greet for our pup to get comfortable there as our dog can be slow to warm up to strangers. She was a wonderful communicator with us - keeping us updated on our our pup was doing and making sure all our pups needs were met. We will definitely use her again!
Zoey stayed with Elena for 5 nights and was well cared for in her home. It was initially difficult to find a pet sitter with the right availability over our County's Spring break. Elena was a joy to interview, book, and work with. I received good communication during Zoey's stay via daily pictures and updates. Zoey definitely seemed happy and healthy when we picked her up. I recommend Elena to other pet parents without hesitation.
Staying at Elena’s house was a treat for Shilah! She took him for walks along the Bay, snuggled with him day and night, and even took him on a Starbucks run where he got a pup treat! Don’t hesitate to leave your babies with Elena - they will be treated like royalty!

I have a big fenced in backyard and no pets in the house which means I have full attention for your pet. I work from home and have a lot of free time all day which I look forward to spending with your loved one. I understand the difference of care between a younger dog, and an older senior dog and love spending time with both. I have experience with sick dogs and animals with illnesses or disease and will do anything to make your pet feel comfortable while your away.

A typical day
I love to walk to the water with pets I am sitting (if they are able) as we live 4 houses from the Chesapeake bay and have a large dog beach a short stroll from our house. We live in a very quiet non busy residential neighborhood away from potential dangers to your pet, so they can sleep soundly at night and you can rest assured knowing they are in a safe animal friendly environment! We also have a very great emergency animal hospital just a minute down the road.

Availability
Currently I am working from home and I have time to take walks and bathroom breaks as often as it’s needed, I love taking long walks and looking out for your dogs. I currently do not have a pet as I am fully committed to dog and cat sitting, I will treat your fur baby like my own!
