I grew up in a household that was never without pets. My family consistantly had a Great Pyrenees, fish, and 1-2 indoor/outdoor cats throughout my 18 years in Ann Arbor. I ran a dog-walking buisness from 2011 to 2017 until it became too much to handle with sports and college preparation, but I am out of those woods and ready to get back into the swing of things! I walked each dog I saw during this time for an hour and bathed/brushed dogs if necessary after each walk. I have experience with pet sitting cats, rabbits, dogs, lizards, fish, and even large insects and crustaceans! I am open to watching/caring for any and all types of animal/family friend! I have experience with house training 2 great Pyrenees puppies and had a job in high school for 3 years green-breaking horses and training them to pull heavy farm machinery. I do not have a pet in kalamazoo currently with my lease, but I would love to help take care of your pets while you're away! I also have experience administering pill-based medication because I had a dog in hospice for 4 months in my own home in 2018, and am very good with old dogs who are picky and take a little more coaxing and love! I also have experience with noise-fearing and anxious dogs, and will be able to provide in-home help if your pup needs someone around during fireworks or thunderstorms when you can't be there.
