Pet care experience
I grew up with a loving dog and have since been seeking opportunities to care for other families' pets. I formally began my own pet/house sitting service five years ago and have worked with many different families and cared for their pets as both a dog walker and also as a house/pet sitter. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, blind dogs, dogs that require medications, and cats. A little about me, I started dog sitting and walking while in nursing school/working as an in-patient nurse with an irregular schedule. Fast forward to today- I’ve moved from Maine to Milwaukee, have a dog of my own , and work a regular M-F 8-5(ish). That being said, on the weekends, my pup, Nala (a 1.5 cuddly and playful boxer mix), are walking all over Milwaukee. We’d love to bring your dog along for the adventures!

Eleanor has watched my chihuahua, Brutus, many times! We are former roommates and she has helped with small things such as giving Brutus dinner if I was running late as well as bigger things like watching Brutus while I was on a week-long trip. Eleanor is always kind and careful with Brutus and I'm sure she would be the same with any other dog! She has always been ready to play with Brutus and also patiently lets him do goofy dog things (like when he decides to sit on the couch with his butt in her face). Eleanor even once helped Brutus when he had something stuck in his throat, and reached in his mouth to get the object out! Eleanor has taken excellent care of Brutus in the past and I fully trust Eleanor to take care of Brutus anytime I might need help with him in the future!
GREAT PET SITTER!! Highly recommend Eleanor!! She communicates well, is very conscientious, and , above all, loves animals. She aims to keep your pet on their schedule and gets to know your pets unique personality. Your pet will be in good hands!!
Eleanor is the total package as dog sitters go. She is dependable, punctual and energetic. She asks all the right questions about your pet and your home to be certain that your pet is safe, happy, his routine maintained and your home left just as you like it. She communicates very well before, during and after her stay which leaves me feeling totally confident when my dogs are in her care.
Eleanor is a fantastic person. She is dependable, smart, energetic and fun-loving. Our dogs LOVE her - WE love her!. She is the perfect dog sitter - the whole package.

A typical day
I am a walker, runner, sprinter, and an overall active person. However, if you have an older pet who just needs some TLC and time outside, I am more than able to provide this type of care as well. I most often walk dogs around neighborhoods but am always looking for waterfront trails or parks to explore.

Availability
I currently work M-F full time. That leaves the weekends to be spent outdoors exploring the area! My dog, Nala, and I are walking all over the city every weekend and would love to have your dog join in on the fun.
