I absolutely love animals and spending time with them. I am not someone who would go in simply to feed and walk the dogs before leaving again. As a dog sitter I am the kind of person who spends time caring for them and playing with them; I make sure they still feel loved and cared for when their much loved owners are away. I have two dogs of my own and when I pet sit I treat the animals exactly as I would want mine to be treated. As it is very hot this summer I would make sure to take the dogs on walks and hikes in the early morning or in the evening so as to give them exercise while making sure they don't overheat or hurt their paws on hot cement. When I am dog sitting the animals will be my primary concern, I will not agree to dog sit if I have prior responsibilities that will take me away from the animals for hours at a time. I am responsible, attentive, caring, and firm when giving commands. I also will absolutely be respectful of you and your home and will make sure it is in the same condition you left it in.
