I used to be obsessed with dogs- my first ever jobs were assisting in a dog groomers and showing dogs at professional dog shows when I was 15. I have my own rescue now - a dachshund - who adores other dogs and is very well behaved. I have experience with stubborn breeds (I grew up with bull terriers) and I am comfortable and capable with all elements of pet care including training, exercising, feeding and bathing. I work from home and set my own schedule for work, so I am able to work around that with quite a lot of flexibility. I don't have a garden but I live very close to the beach and regularly take my dog out for walks and toilet breaks and would be able to do that with yours as well. Because I have my own dog, I have safety proofed the flat to make it secure and safe for four legged friends. I know what to do in an emergency and have good knowledge of animal first aid
