Pet care experience
I've loved dogs as long as I can remember, always wanting to walk them and play with them. I had my own beautiful German Shepherd for many years until he sadly passed at 12 years after an idyllic life of walking in the hills and sleeping by the fire. Now, I have the pleasure of hanging out with Shackleton, the cutest labradoodle. (Him and his human mum live with me but he's not my dog.)

Ellie looks after our dog Fred (Labrador) often and he always returns tired and content! She also keeps updated with pics of Fred out and about on some of the gorgeous walks she takes him on which we love to see. Thanks so much Ellie
I can’t say enough good things about Ellie. She’s been like a godsend whenever we have needed someone to look after our Furbabies Bonnie and Barley. My girls mean the world to me and honestly when Ellie comes over they just light up (Barley also makes sure to give Ellie her favourite toy when she comes to visit, which just happens to be the smelliest, sorry Ellie it means she truly loves you). Her love for animals is genuine, and it shows in the way she cares for them. I trust her implicitly with my fur babies, and I couldn’t ask for a better friend to look after them when we are away. If you are looking for someone to care for your furbabies as you would yourself then Ellie is the perfect person for the job.
Ellie is great with dogs, having grown up with dogs herself she understands what pets need and is fully committed to providing that. When she says she will do something, she will do it in its entirety, there’ll be no last minute changes of plan with Ellie. She is also very active so you can rest assured that your dog will be tired out when they get back to you and will have had plenty of walks. I know that Ellie cares for my dog as if it were her own so I would absolutely recommend her to anyone :)

I have a fenced garden with lots of plants and grass to throw a ball around. My home is dog friendly and comfortable. I like going on long walks around where I live or on lighter evenings to the nearby beach and on weekends to the hills.

A typical day
We'll go on walks round the local neighbourhood, check out all the new smells and look for interesting things. We'll play in the back garden, throwing balls and sticks. We'll play games inside too, hide and seek is a favourite, or we'll chill out in the living room, have some down time and snuggles. If the dogs like longer walks and are happy in the car, we'll go the beach or to the hills for a good run around. The activities will entirely depend on what your dog likes and needs.

I work part time from home so I have plenty of time to walk dogs before and after work as well as lunchtime. I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate most needs
