Pet care experience
My husband and I are animal lovers through and through. I have always had pets. I have given them the best life I can. Our dogs go canoeing, camping, they even get massages and their teeth brushed! Although they dont care for it. The bond we have is so special as you must feel with your furkid. They are family and we will do our best to care for your furkid while you are apart. Our yard is fully fenced and secure, with lots of room to run and play. We recently retired and are able to be with your furkids 24/7. I have helped a furkid work on his fear of stairs, encouraging and praising him. And little by little he took steps to conquer his fear! I have taught dogs a new game that I play with my own. "Search for treats"! It let's them be dogs and use their nose to find a reward! Once they catch on they love it! If your furkid is elderly, unwell, I lay with them, gently brushing them, talking to them, listening to music so they feel comforted. We give them 100% of our time and we look forward to meeting you real soon! 🐾

Left our Dudley with Elaine and John for almost 3 weeks. I was reluctant to leave him as we’ve always had a house sitter before. Both Elaine and John and their dogs welcomed Dudley and he was soon a member of the pack. Elaine sent me pictures and videos daily and Dudley was so happy and well taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to take him there again and recommend them to anyone looking for doggy day care or boarding

PLEASE ensure your dog has kennel cough vaccination. I need a visiting dog to be ok around other dogs. I prefer med to smaller breed, but I'm open to a large breed if good with smaller. Does your dog have any special care needs, medication, fears. All info you provide makes for a happier stay.? We charge only minimal cost to feed cat and clean litter box. Will discuss at first meeting.
A typical day
I love to play outside, go for walks on one of the local trails. Sharing a nap together is always special. Belly rubs and massage and grooming too. Time together is the key.? We have a large fenced in yard with room to run and play, or just take in the sun. Hot days we fill the little turtle pool so the poochies can have a cool off!

My husband and I are home with your pet 24/7. We spend all day outside weather permitting. Your pet becomes part of our family, with lots of love.
