I am an animal lover! I adore all animals and feel compelled to try and pet dogs everywhere I go. I realize that this might get annoying to owners. I try and volunteer to friends that I can watch their animals, but they feel compelled to pay me and then opt for a relative or neighbor instead. I have been in the social service business for 15 yrs and am a very compassionate person. I find myself going over the top with animals due to their inability to communicate their needs. I try and imagine what they would like and tend to spoil them when I am around them. I am new to this dog walking business, but not knew to being around dogs. I was the regular walker of my dogs from a very young age and trained one to follow me on my paper route without a leash. She would even sit and wait for me if I ran into the grocery store to grab a gallon of milk for my mom. I believe in positive reinforcement, routines, and endless affection to our four legged friends.
