Well there are so many things that makes elaine special and qualified to walk dogs..the first of them is that from the first time i have ever talked to her she has had a passion for animal.(exspecially dogs).i have come to know elaine as a warm hearted woman who has a deep passion for others which includes there happiness(ones dog):)..she has a very calm and patient demeanor and she is also very responsible..those are just a few reason why i think elaine is a qualified canadate for walking dogs..i myself can assure you that she will love and care for each and every dog as if it were her own and cherish each moment spend with these dogs..thank you for your time and hope you can give her an opportunity to care for and adopt your dog as her own
