Pet care experience
I’ve cared for animals including dogs, cats, and birds since I was 12 years old and even volunteered at a vet for 5 years. I love and respect animals and strongly believe all animals need to be fulfilled on physical, mental, and emotional levels 😊 My dogs also participate in their breed sports since they need an outlet. I am very observant and respectful of animal body language and am an experienced trainer (on sabbatical) so I know how to properly advocate for every dog. Amazing dog sitter. She provided constant updates with pictures and videos. My girl looked like she had a blast of a time. I will be using this sitter again for my sitting needs.
Elaine has 2 dogs of her own who are some of the best behaved dogs I've ever met. She loves and dotes on her dogs all the time and is even a dog trainer on the side. She has taken care of and trained many other dogs and is incredibly loving and caring

Your dog will be treated as if they are my own family. Their day will usually start around 6-7am with 2-3 potty and walk breaks a day with park time every other day 😊

I do not take dogs with a bite history. For Daycare and Boarding: Dogs must be crate trained and potty trained. If your dog shows signs they are not crate trained or potty trained they will cost an extra $50 fee.
A typical day
I live by a park so your dog will go out for a park outing on a long line for at least 30min to an hour. They’ll get play time with my own dogs if your dog likes them, and they’ll get training while they’re here if you request - no additional cost! On the weekends I’ll take your dog with me to any dog friendly places I go such as outdoor dining or hikes.

Availability
I work from home so my schedule is flexible and available to care for pets with short notice. I have two high drive dogs, so I understand how much thought and care is necessary for our beloved companions.
