Hi! My name is Elaina and I am an alumna from Texas A&M University - College Station. I currently work as a register behavior technician for children diagnosed with ASD, and I will be pursuing my masters degree in this field soon! My Rover experience includes when I lived in Houston and Katy and worked as a Rover sitter on a joint profile with my then roommates. I now live in Austin, and I no longer offer boarding and daycare services, but I am available for drop-ins and walks. Back home in Corpus Christi, I have two Jack Russel-Chihuahua mix dogs named Jjangah and Dooli that I've raised for 9 years. Dooli is a cancer survivor whereas Jjangah is diagnosed with Cushing's and diabetes and has developed cataracts. They are both under my parents’ care because my dogs are most comfortable being at home as it is where they grew up and lived their whole lives at, and my family and I agreed that we do not want to disturb that balance. Due to Jjangah's health condition, I am experienced in providing injection shots (insulin) and administering oral medication. I now care for a red-eared slider turtle named Edamame and a cat named Bean. I have prior experience in dog-sitting through taking care of family friends' pets when they went on vacations as well as for Rover clients. Please feel free to ask me any questions!
