I grew up in a household with both dogs and cats. I have experience walking, feeding, bathing...and playing with household pets. I also work at the University of Tennessee Vet Hospital, so I am completely comfortable around animals.

Elaina took great care of our bouncy goldendoodle. Margot loves her and was so excited to see her on her second stay. Our girl was so comfortable she even used her buttons to let Elaina know what she needed ( wanted more likely ). Great communication, wonderful experience

Elaina is very compassionate when it comes to pet care. Growing up with pets herself, she understands why they need to be treated with care. Elaina currently works with animals and she has watched my dog several times. Each time she has watched my dog, she was very communicative when I would ask questions about him. Even now when I have her pet sit for me, my dog’s ears perk up at the sound of her name.

Please let me know ahead of time if your dog needs any special attention. I am comfortable administering medication, but would greatly appreciate a heads up/instructions. Additionally, if your pup has any triggers that we might encounter, I’d love to know how to avoid them.
A typical day
I myself am very active so I would love to take care of energetic dogs. I am comfortable walking, running, and playing with your pup. I love going to dog parks, walking trails, and/or anywhere else your pooch desires to go.
