Being born into a family with a cat already, it was only natural that I was fond of animals from a young age! When I was just a few years old, our cat had slipped through the garage and never returned. My dad got my brother and I 2 kittens, which mine I named Angel. We had them for about the next 7 years until we moved and they turned into farm cats. They were able to roam around outside; come and go as they pleased. It didn't take long before we found them with kittens. Over the next 15 years, they had numerous litters, and now a few years and another move later (after giving away a million kittens), my parents still have 2 cats, Sniffles and Roxy. Throughout my life, my family has owned sheep, pigs, goats, chickens, roosters, turkeys, a miniature pony, cats, dogs, an African Sideneck turtle, countless goldfish, and beta fish. Am I missing something else?! My husband and I currently have 2 adult & 3 puppy purebred Chow-Chows, Georgie and Gracie, Callie, Nala, and Lola, and they are the best! My whole life has revolved around farm animals and house pets and I wouldn't have it any other way.
