We had such a GREAT experience. Leaving your dog with someone can be pretty stressful but Eileen made everything so easy and the communication was so good, she kept updating us with photos of Ollie all day long giving us report how was our dog. She heard our needs and our dog LOVED her. We will definitely will use her again . Highly recommend
We booked Eileen for our first time using Rover. She was excellent on communication, accommodating to our crazy schedule and learning more about the needs of our puppy. Arriving for our sitting appointment, she was warm and friendly, our puppy was instantly drawn to her. She was equally patient with our pup and all her energy. Discussing the needs of the visit at her home, I never felt rushed. Throughout the visit, Eileen sent us updates and pictures to let us know how the pup was getting along while at her home and on walks, which we appreciated immensely. Eileen was an excellent first experience with using Rover and we couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services to anyone.
This is my first Rover experience. I’m very happy and grateful that I choose Eileen as my sitter for my dog Leo. She provided a fun loving and caring home for my 4 legged son. Leo would go on walks and played with his new 4 legged friend Charlie. She would periodically send me text, photos and video of him. Eileen’s way of communication really help with my anxiety and worry about using this service for the first time. Eileen’s services was fantastic; above and beyond my expectations of a typical dog sitter. I had a family emergency and Eileen offered to care for Leo without having me rush back to pick him up. I would recommend Eileen to anyone looking for a quality sitter with your dog interest in mind. Leo is so happy, he is looking forward to board with Eileen and spend more time hanging out with Charlie.
Eileen is excellent with our 4.5 year old dog, Shadow! Shadow can be apprehensive with certain people but that has not been the case with Eileen!!! She is very loving and attentive. Also a plus, she is prompt with replies, sent pictures during Shadow's walks, and communicates how he was after the walks are completed. I highly recommend Eileen for caring for your pet and would definitely use her again for Shadow!

I drive a school bus so I am in and out of my house frequently throughout the day, I have Three children between the ages of 10-21 at home so there is always someone available to be with your baby.
