Dogs are allowed on our furniture, and in any part of the home. We do have an extra large crate I can set up if your dog needs it. Your dog will get plenty of attention and exercise on his/her vacation with us!

As we have kids, I need to know if there are any particular needs that your dogs have so that your dog and my kids stay safe. For example, does your have any sensitivities to touch or sound, and whether your dog can be patted by kids. It is helpful for me to know if your dog usually has behaviors such as digging or incontinence. I would also like to know where your dog usually sleeps, and if there are any house rules for your dog that you would like me to follow through on.
A typical day
We can play catch with your dog, or whatever game you let us know that your dog likes. Your dog will be having as much fun as you are on vacation! If your dog has a dog bed and favorite toys, it would be great for you to bring that for their comfort.

Availability
I am a stay-at-home mother of two young children, so I am home the vast majority of each day. My husband usually works from home, so there is almost always someone home. Our yard is fully fenced (6 foot high), and has a lovely large grassy area. We are more than happy to take your dog on walks around our neighborhood. Our house has two living rooms separated by a baby gate, so if the dogs need to be in separate areas it is easy to do.
