PLEASE NOTE! WHEN BOOKING A STAY THE HOURS YOU REFLECT FOR DROP OFF AND PICK UP ARE TO BE CONSIDERED APPOINTMENTS......LIKE ANY OTHER SERVICE. THIS CANNOT BE COME AND GO AS YOU PLEASE. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOUR DOG IS PEOPLE AND DOG FRIENDLY. Your dog should be easy to handle. If daily walks are requested , properly etiquette on a leash is important. If your dog loves to chase a ball, or rough house with a toy, that will be accommodated! PRIOR TO BOOKING A STAY: I REQUIRE A MEET & GREET PRIOR TO YOUR DOG'S FIRST STAY. Meet and Greets are located at my home so you can see where your dog will be spending time, assure that they will get along with my two dogs, they can get familiar with all of the new smells, and both of you can feel more comfortable. My goal is to maintain long term relationships and nurture the trust that comes from repeat stays. MY APPROACH: My goal is to let guests run around and play as much as possible while ensuring they have a safe stay. Depending on the time of year/weather, guests spend as much time playing outside as they want. . OTHER GUEST DOGS: I sometimes host multiple guest dogs at a time. I have a maximum of 3 but that is flexible for longer stays as flights get delayed, family emergencies arise, and it completely depends on the specific time of the day (one guest may arrive in the morning and another may be headed home in the evening). I do not accept dogs that are not friendly to Gus and Riley during Meet and Greets or show any aggression to me. I also require that your dog is up to date on all vaccinations for their age. THINGS TO BRING: Please bring your dog’s food, bowls, toys, any treats you would like them to have and if you would like, something that smells like home (t-shirt or a small blanket). Whatever you feel will make them the most comfortable. WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR DOG’S STAY: -They will be happy, healthy, and pretty worn out -Photos are sent every other day via Rover (Rover will forward to you via email or you can have the app on your phone). If you are traveling to a place that this will be hard for you to see, I am happy to send them to a secondary place as well-- another cell number, email, etc. -All reservations are booked via the website and I handle reservations on a first come first serve basis. RESERVATIONS, AVAILABLE HOURS, & DROP-OFF / PICK-UP SCHEDULING: Once a reservation is made, I will always ask that you LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE THE DROP-OFF AND PICK UP TIMES AS SOON AS IT CAN BE ASCERTAINED. I am usually pretty flexible during the day if I know in advance. No worries if your schedule changes or your flight is delayed. You are always welcome to reach out to me regarding availability. For regular customers or smaller dogs, I try to accommodate requests whenever possible. HOLIDAYS: I am not available for drop-off/pickups on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. It asks basic things like vaccination history, medications, allergies, favorite games, any fears (storms, fireworks), normal sleeping arrangements, feeding schedule, how they let you know they need to go potty, etc.

I enjoy walking my dogs every day..........I need it as much as they do! If your dog enjoys a daily walk......they are welcome to come along. Time will also be spent playing in the yard while I sit on the swing, listen to some music and watch their antics. If playing fetch or just lounging in the grass enjoying the weather is what they prefer...........that is ok too!
