While I didn’t have a dog growing up, I have a lot of love and admiration for them, as I think they are sophisticated and empathetic creatures. I have experience dog-sitting a previous neighbours' large dog, Haze, for nearly a year which involved going for walks and feeding him throughout the day. He also occasionally stayed over. Haze was 11 years old at the time so I do have experience with older dogs. I'm not doing this job for the money, I just love dogs, and unfortunately due to my busy work schedule it's not fair for me to have a dog full-time, so I would love to find other ways, like this, to do so. Of course, I'm planning to get one in the future, so this could count as gaining experience for my potential pup whilst also making your life easier!
