Edward provided horrible care. He went against specific instructions by leaving my dog outside unattended for over an hour, and because of this my dog ran away. He was luckily found. When I got my dog back after the booking he came back horribly dirty with strange spores all over his fur and a lot of tangled fur. Not only that, but a huge amount of his food that was meant for the whole two weeks was given back. My dog is an inside dog, and it is apparent that Edward left him outside pretty much the whole time, and now he’s not responding to any of my messages. Horrible experience and a horrible sitter. This is very cruel and unacceptable behavior to a dog who can’t speak. Edward is just money hungry and has no kindness.
