Overall poor experience working with Edward. He was not available at the agreed upon drop off time and was not responding to messages on the app. I felt uneasy leaving my dog with him, but had no choice as it was too late to make new arrangements. Hours before the agreed upon pick up time, Edward messaged me insisting I needed to come pick up my dog because he had an emergency defeating the purpose of the booking. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I know we all have emergencies that we have to deal with, but based on other reviews this seems to be the normal behavior for Edward. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for better care.

Edward is very loving caring dog sitter. He’ll makes sure to keep you updated on your dog and take pictures. Definitely used Eddie for dog walking.
