Hi there! Thanks for checking out my profile 😄 I’ve been on Rover for the last 5+ years, and have had the pleasure of meeting some really wonderful pets and their owners. A lot of whom have become my regulars and good friends over the years. I’ve had pets all my life, and I honestly can’t imagine life without one! I had two cats when I was younger, and I’ve had five dogs over the last 15 years. They have all been rescue dogs, so I’m familiar with nervous/anxious behavior traits and getting dogs adjusted to home life. I currently have a six year old pug, Louis, who I’ve had since he was only 9 weeks old - so I’m very familiar with training puppies. On the other end of the spectrum; I’ve had a lot of experience with senior dogs too, so I’m able to cater to their needs, any bladder issues, administer medicine and so on. While I was living in Hong Kong, I volunteered regularly with the charity Hong Kong Dog Rescue, so I’ve walked, fed and looked after dogs of all sizes, ages and breeds. We also fostered two dogs while we were there. I’ve walked my neighbors dogs regularly - Wandsworth Common and Battersea Park being the favourite places to take them. I’ve also looked after other pets such as cats, rabbits, fish, hamsters and guinea pigs, so if you need me to look after them too or drop by, I’d be happy to help. I work from home, which means I’m around almost all day to be with the dogs, and I’m also able to bring my work with me wherever I go - so house/dog sitting away from home is not a problem! I love to take photos of the dogs during their stay with me (I've been accused of having more photos of dogs than people!) and I will very happily send all the photos through text, WhatsApp or email for better quality pics of your pup. I live on the Thames path, so it’s a lovely quiet place to walk dogs. I’m in a spacious three-bedroom apartment with wooden floors (so it’s easy to clean up any messes!) and it has two small balconies, which are great for the dogs to go out onto during the day for dog/people watching. I also live with my long-term partner, Max, who is equally amazing with dogs as I am - and loves to join in for cuddles and walks when he can. We do have a car, so we can also provide pick-ups and drop-offs that way or by walking. I hope you would consider me to look after your pet!
